Romans 8:20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope.
In the creation narrative documented in Genesis chapter 2, verse number 15, it is written, “Then the LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend it and keep it.
God created everything for a purpose, specifically He created man to have dominion over all His creation. That’s why before the great flood God chose Noah to build an ark so every species will continue to exists.
In our life it is essential to take care of everything that we have received from God and God has entrusted us with. As I mentioned in the previous episode the creation earnestly expects for the revealing of the sons of God. The purpose for the expectation of the creation is due to the confident, God has on Mankind, that He subjected everything under Mankind.
In other words, God was and is very sure about the fact that we would take care of His creation, God was very sure that even after Adam and Eve disobeyed God and were sent out of the garden of Eden, God did not make a change on His decision about placing Mankind as His representative and care taker over everything.
Isn’t amazing, to know that we, who once lived a hopeless life, have been chosen by God, to be a ray of hope. It is necessary to be mindful about our responsibility in every day’s life. Not just the spiritual aspect but also about our social life. Truly It’s a blessing to reflect the image of God that is in us, to our friends, family members and the society we live in. For the glory of His name.
Share this seed of truth with friends and family members and let’s grow together in Christ. May God bless you.
