Ashleigh shares about finding early success in gymnastics (but having that success cut short due to injury), suffering a stroke in her early 20s, becoming a New Zealand champion arm wrestler (and newly-crowned Oceania champ!), and achieving a world record as the first woman in the world to EQ bench 700lbs (317.5kg)!
