Temple is coming off a 3-9 2022 season (1-7 in the American Athletic Conference), but the Owls are looking to make big strides here in 2023. Temple's offense will be led by sophomore quarterback E.J. Warner who had a tremendous campaign as a freshman. The Owls will open the campaign on Saturday September 2nd, at home at the Linc against Akron. Matt Leon caught up with second-year head coach Stan Drayton to find out what the Owls will be all about this season.
