How good are you at remembering people's names?  Personally, I can't stand it when someone tries to recommend a show, podcast, book, etc. to me... but then can't tell me the name of the host or the author. Is it really worth me watching/reading if you can't even remember who produced the work?  Whether or not you remember and use another person's name can actually send a lot of signals their way. It can let them know how much you actually care about who they are, or what they do.  Just think about that the next time you meet someone, or watch a cool new show. Remember their name.
