Courtney Swan is the host of the Realfoodology Podcast with a background in Integrative Nutrition. Her interest in the world of nutrition started in college where Courtney uncovered the power of nutrition and fueling the body with high-quality food. After graduating college, it did not take Courtney long before she was able to start applying her passion for nutrition to her work as a tour manager of some major up-and-coming bands. She spent several years coordinating and supporting the exhausting experience of managing musical tours, and Courtney credits her focus on nutrition and health as a key driver for her success as a tour manager. Since her early beginning in nutrition, Courtney has launched her wildly popular podcast Realfoodology where Courtney uses her podcasting and social media platforms to inspire people to live healthier lives.
