I never saw speaking as something to pursue.
Back then, my only goal was to survive presentations at work and get them over with.
In this new episode of Quietly Confident Introvert, I reflect on my unexpected speaking journey, how I went from “just getting through” to using my voice with purpose and impact.
Sometimes, you only discover your strengths when you choose to explore them, or when opportunity knocks and you decide to do it afraid.
Like me, you might have a message burning inside you.
You may not see yourself as a speaker… but that message still needs a voice.
It took me another two years, and a surprising realisation, to understand that I wasn’t “learning to speak.”
I was learning to trust what had been there all along.
That shift has shaped the way I now coach leaders to use their voice, not just to speak, but to make a real difference.
In this episode, I share:
✨ Why your introversion can be your speaking superpower
✨ The three invisible barriers keeping gifted women silent
✨ How to recognise your voice even when you can’t see it yet
