If you think about it, most people are used to eating cereal, and then they have this assumption that they have to eat eggs, sourdough toast, and avocado. They go from one extreme to the other. What we advocate is that you have a mixture of both fun stuff and slightly more boring food. In this episode, Charlie gets together with one of the elite coaches of CJ Coaching, who has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, Jonny Irons. They go over several pointers on how you can be lean for life and be healthy, fit and also flexible, and sustainable in the process. There are outliers that exist who break all the rules, but you must not take advice from those people; they are the elite, they can do what they like.
