SPECIAL NOTE FROM AMANDA AND VICKIE: This episode was originally scheduled for publication on January 14th, but had to be shifted in the line-up due to circumstances beyond our control. We hope you love this conversation with MacKenzie Martin as much as we did! Enjoy!

Promoting diversity and inclusion in both the hiring process and the workplace is the focus of today’s podcast.

Amanda and Vickie sit down with MacKenzie Martin, CEO of Undoing, an HR consulting firm that trains leaders and upper management of businesses in developing an inclusive company culture.

Her services help to build a more inclusive society by providing a space for that communication between the employer and employee and helps people with disabilities or other diverse backgrounds to have access to jobs in the same way that everybody else does.

Listen in to this fascinating glimpse of behind-the-scenes implementation of HR diversity programs.
