"The stress over time that I put myself under for all the crazy cleanses that I've done, you know, I fucking hate cabbage soup to this day. All of the various diets that I've done, the hard, hard workouts, the stress that I was putting myself under. One of the things that changed my life was when you said in the course you need more sleep. And if your option is to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to workout or sleep more.. sleep trumps that!
