Dallas police Chief Eddie Garcia joined the department in February 2021. Since then, murder, robbery, aggravated assaults and overall violent crime is down. KRLD's Austin York spoke with Garcia about the crime rate, his biggest surprise upon moving to Dallas and his love of the Cowboys.
