We embrace the idea of change on this podcast. I talk about change, I explain changes I have made (with lessons learned) and I encourage you to make change a part of your growth dynamic. Some change is exterior and obvious. But often change is internal. Why is the idea of change important? Success comes from the positive management of change. It's not enough to react to changes around you. To be successful, you need to initiate and then manage change to achieve success.  In August, I changed my hair (cut 12" off) on this podcast. In September I talked about managing change. In October I told you about an epic fail that changed my perception and process of public speaking.
