"The 70 year old patient was dancing down the parking lot." For healthcare workers, giving vaccinations is rewarding work

We've talked a lot about the COVID-19 vaccine on this podcast. How it was developed, how it's been rolled out, how effective it is. The one angle we haven't really talked about though: hearing from the people actually doing the vaccinating, putting needles into arms.
