I struggle with the debilitating feelings that come with not following through on things I set out to do. My plan was to get that episode with Rhett Beswick out and yet here we are.

I decided to take this opportunity to record a few mini episodes to warm up the plate before we get to that interview. As always I hope this is helpful in some way. :)

2. Appreciate the lessons you have learned but don't be fixed on any past outcomes
