Our story, we all have one or two and they change. How can we honor the story. Our stories morph and change as we revisit them. We know that our stories change each time we think of them, they are living things that evolve. Pulling ourselves back to observe our life can be so helpful.
How can we move from being a victim as we tell our story? Let's re-frame our stories and I am not my story. We can move beyond feeling that if we've suffered enough someone will step forward and love us and give us compassion and caring.
Our stories are living and growing and can give us gifts.
