When Galah Bar closed its doors on High Street Windsor, the area lost a favourite watering hole. Thankfully, a well-known neighbour stepped in to re-inject energy into the spot with a dynamic new concept. Expect residencies from interstate chefs and DJs spinning vinyl on a moveable stage. Plus, Melbourne's first self-serve Açaí bar  and Australian theatre's biggest recent success comes to town.
