St. John’s Board of Evangelism is inviting you to celebrate 14 years of Martin Luther’s Evening Prayer at a fund-raising dinner SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22, from 5pm to 7pm at St. John’s, Taylor. Invitation cards (pictured above) are available for any who would like to use them to invite friends or family.

We are asking $25 per plate for a German-themed dinner we call MARTIN LUTHER’S EVENING SUPPER. There will be two or three entrees and sides, a brief program at 6:20pm which will include a report on the ministry, remarks from one or two guests, a little singing, and a closing prayer.

We need reservations paid in advance by October 10. You can mail a check payable to St. Johns Lutheran Church with “Radio dinner” on the memo line. OR you can stop in at St. John’s Monday through Friday between 9am and 1pm to pay cash. Seating is limited, so do not wait until the last minute!
