As we continue our series today, Jesus Is___, Mike will be looking at the claim that Jesus is the Sacrifice. The passage today is from John 19.

As you may know, this is Palm Sunday – which is a uniquely challenging weekend for churches to navigate. Jesus parades into Jerusalem. It’s a high energy moment. He is hailed as King. The crowds love him. But it all changes quickly and dramatically and so, on Thursday he is arrested and on Friday he is crucified.  And then next Sunday – Easter – we are celebrating his resurrection.
