Maybe Sammy scraps its cocktail program every 12 months. This time around, group owners challenged their bartending team to create a cocktail inspired by a moment of mirage – a moment when things were not as they seemed. The result is a collection of fourteen cocktails that creative director Martin Hudak describes as the bar’s most technically complex collection yet. Plus, the Light Brigade amps up the 'wow' factor with a new Miami pool-club inspired look.
