This week on the brand new ROTD WEEKEND, I talk with cookbook author Faith Kramer about her beautiful cookbook, 52 Shabbats: Friday Night Dinners Inspired by a Global Jewish Kitchen. Packed with so much interesting information about the global nature of Jewish cooking, this cookbook not only offers lots of inspiration for sabbath dinners, but also makes for a great read. We talk about Faith's book, about delicious Shabbat recipes that would also be wonderful for Hannukah next week, or for any holiday celebration, and also about putting together special occasion dinners that are as delicious as they are easy on the cook.
