US Vice President Kamala Harris visits Ghana as part of a week-long tour of Africa including Tanzania and Zambia. Rumours have it the main reason is to counter the influence of China on the continent.  With other superpowers including Russia building relationships with other West African countries such as Burkina Faso and Mali, we discuss if the race for Africa is still truly on.
