It is Super Tuesday around the country and Primary Day here in California, with voters deciding key ballot questions and choosing candidates in key races. There’s not much drama at the top of the ticket, where we know President Joe Biden will win the state’s Democratic primary and former President Donald Trump will take the Republican one, giving them both the biggest trove of delegates of any state.
But there’s plenty of other action to watch this afternoon and tonight, from the tight 4-way race to succeed Dianne Feinstein in the U-S Senate to closely contested Congressional campaigns to fierce battles for seats in the state Senate and Assembly, as well as a host of local ballot measures and one big one at the state level.
KCBS Raido's Megan Goldsby and KCBS Political Reporter Doug Sovern discussed what to look out for on this Super Tuesday.
