Andrea Kralik is from Tiszaújváros, Hungary, and has been training for over 13 years, during which time she earned 2nd place in the individual at world championship of Heki ryu Kyudo, and 1st place at East Asian Kyudo championship.
Andrea holds the rank of 4th dan in Kyudo and 3rd kyu in Kenpo Karate
In this wide-ranging conversation, we talk about how her studies led her to Japan and the opportunity to teach Kyudo at one of the elite sports universities in the country, we talk about those who have influenced her thoughts on education and the practice of Kyudo, and explore the mindsets help you adapt to new situations.
