This episode was one of my favorites so far. Ian is a local bodybuilder and the newest fitness coach to Winnipeg! Him and his wife operate the training company House of Champions and are growing rapidly. We talk about his early sports career and what lead him to competitive bodybuilding and eventually becoming Mr Manitoba.
