Lisa is the first female General Counsel in the Company’s 120-year history. She also is Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee, the designated Senior Official for the Company’s Insider Threat Program, and a member of the nine-person Leadership Council, which makes decisions regarding strategy and policy. Day and Zimmerman on-boards and off-boards tens of thousands of employees and consultants each year in high-threat, blue-collar, white-collar, and safety-sensitive environments. Lisa intimately understands these environments and balances multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet statutory and regulatory obligations.
