On this weeks episode, Andrew speaks with New York serial killer Patrick Baxter. Patrick is convicted of three murders, which were committed between 1987-1990. Baxter was charged with the three homicides 13 years after the last murder, while he was serving a prison sentence for car theft. Baxter received 25-life for each murder, which is to be served consecutively.
