In the US, there is an collegiate athletic conference called the "Big 10". However, Big 10 member institutions are also major research universities with strong academic reputations. In this episode, our interns who attend university at ones of these Big 10 schools share about their transition to their internship at L'Oréal and how coming from a big school helped them navigate a large corporation
