#351 How your Human Design Nodes are Impacting your Growth
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a simple exercise you can do when feeling stuck. Reflecting on my recent holiday in Samoa and the incessant worrying that I experienced. I can't emphasizes enough the importance of letting go and recalibrating our frequency during holidays. My journey has been a massive up-leveling and I've used my North node in Human Design to guide me, exploring the shadow of force and the importance of trusting your intuition. I encourage you to spend time with your nodes and identify where you are feeling stuck in the shadow and where you need to build your muscle in the gift.
