First special guest of 2024. Max and I met recently over Instagram and he has been a fan of the podcast for almost a year. I am so blessed by hearing that others find value listening to this podcast. Max is a creative and talented teenager. I love talking to the younger generation about their mental health experiences. Max uses his music to cope and I love it. Links below for you to check out. I’m a 16 year old musician from Rochester New York who struggles with many different mental health issues and has a very unique way of thinking.
