You were never meant to walk around in shoes. In fact, they're actually causing your blood to aggrigate and decreasing your cellular oxygenation... you heard that right. Shoes prevent you from earthing/grounding, which causes a build of of pH in your body, which causes blood cells to stick together, decreasing their oxygen carrying capacity.
On top of that, there's a load of bone, joint and muscular problems created by wearing shoes.
