Dayton Moore has been the general manager of the Kansas City Royals GM since 2006, having won the American League Championship Series in 2014 and the World Series in 2015. Moore originally came from a Braves organization that dominated when it came to evaluating players in trades. On the podcast the KC exec -- who almost came to Boston during Theo Epstein's 2005 hiatus -- explains how he approaches making deals and what he thinks of new Red Sox Chief Baseball Officer Chaim Bloom's approach. Moore also offers a passionate plea for people to understand the importance of not getting rid of minor-league jobs and opportunities.
