There will always be moments of happiness and sadness, BUT in both happiness and sadness it is possible to have joy. Joy is found:
In a faith that God is real and He is in control of my life
In a hope that suffering is temporary and heaven is eternal
In a love that remains when I rejoice and when I weep.
