He tells us all about his mother's Causa Limeña (Hot Pepper Mashed Potatoes), a recipe that originated centuries ago in Peru’s Andes Mountains. The recipe has changed over time and his mother's take on it (chilled and citrusy) is his favorite. We also talk about the joy of passing on cooking traditions through the generations.
