Anne Crook, breast cancer thriver, tells her story of being diagnosed with breast cancer, from the shock of this diagnosis, given she has been in the health industry for over 20 years, and though she ate well and lived a “clean life” to the realization that the lump was her body talking to her, sending her a message that she needed to do things differently. Her healing journey has led her to understand the importance of regular detoxing and to the dream of offering retreats to hold space and help other women heal from this life-changing diagnosis.

Anne is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, AADP, Holding Space Consultant, and Certified Birth Doula, CD(DONA). She completed her training at Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied over 100 dietary theories with leading experts in the integrative health field. She has worked in many facets of healthcare for the past 20 years with regard to holding space for life’s sacred thresholds. Being a "birth worker" in both a traditional and non-traditional sense, she is passionate about supporting clients to heal and transform their body-mind-spirit from the inside out.
