Last year, Keira received information that a Zimbabwean man wanted for murder in his own country was living in Ireland. Interpol had issued a red notice on the man. His capture was high priority. When Keira informed the police, the media and the Irish government she was ignored and her social media posts were deleted. What is going on in Ireland?
