For the past year and a half, I have been obsessed with what this means for me and the way that I run my business. I have been doing a lot of research, learning from the best and it has drastically changed the way I live my life.

In this episode today, I go deep into the ways that projectors are built for incredible success, if we allow ourselves to see it.
That is the hardest part to overcome. We crave and thrive on recognition from others, but to give ourselves a pat on the back, is so hard for us.
But it is necessary to our success and to achieve that flow in business that we’re chasing.
I talk about the importance of rest, working in shorter bursts to achieve more, and the deeper level conversations that fuel our creativity.
