A bipartisan group of lawmakers from California and Nevada is asking federal officials for help to fund a high-speed rail line between LA and Las Vegas.
Voters in the state approved a high speed rail line between Northern and Southern California back in 2008. Since then, the projected cost has skyrocketed and not a whole lot of tracks have been.
