This is going to be an amazing adventure this year following Sidney along his journey to his first IRONMAN later this year. We talk about what it’s like for him to sign up for his first full and his outlook on the training for the month of January. Sidney is a humbling man to be around for many reasons. His personality, gratitude towards hunting and finishing paired with a positive outlook on life, and courage to face adversity are all things I truly admire about Sidney. In 2015, Sidney and his family made the choice to amputate both legs due to Charcot Marie Tooth Disease. Sidney faces unique challenges being a double amputee blade runner. I look forward to following you this year Sidney and wish you the best for the coming months!-Enjoy the show. A podcast focused on allowing listeners to live marathons, triathlons, and ultra distance events through other athlete's eyes and learn from their mistakes. Terry talks with professional triathletes, age group athletes, and allows them to share their wisdom and experiences for others to learn. Some of the episodes feature winners while others highlight the DNF. Triathlon racing can be mastered by listening to and understanding others mistakes, highlights, and things that went well. Whether you're going for Kona or just your first Triathlon, you're able to learn something.www.CoachTerryWilson.com
