MICHAEL ALLEN: Michael is primarily a commercial photographer, working for some of the biggest names in the world. He loves photographing people and loves photographing a variety of commercial projects. With over 20 years commercial photography & production experience. He continually strives to think “out of the box” and deliver exceptional photos for each of his clients.
His vision for his clients is to offer the very best in photography. He’s won Accolades of Excellence Awards from WPPI, Shoot and Share Top 100, and numerous publications. He’s won honors in his own businesses over the past 30 years, winning awards as one of the Top 200 Salon Businesses in America.
Michael is also an author, a speaker, mentor and businessman. Michael’s work has been featured in publications across the globe. He’s worked with celebrities, businesses, ad agencies and everyday people. Michael’s favorite camera is the Canon 5d Mark IV and he’s right at home with Sony, Hasselblad and other professional video production cameras. Several production companies use Michael as their director of photography and cinematographer. Michael and his wife Janice, who is an award winning hairstylist and camera assistant.
He also works on professional movie sets, has shot many indie films and documentaries. Currently he’s the editorial photographer for Southern Bride Magazine, and works with several other magazines as well. He adores his beautiful wife and kids who all keep him smiling. Did we mention that he loves working with people? He loves to travel and shoot on locations across America and The Caribbean.
