There's something I've started to notice about most of the guys that I decide to follow.
They're all super tough.
They're all tough mentally AND physically.
And it made me start to wonder how they got this way. I figured they must like do cardio and read books simultaneously, all day every day.
But it turns out that that's not the case.
"Toughness" is actually a lot different than what people view it to be.
And the path to getting to peak mental and physical toughness might be simpler than we think....
