Why are you not happy? When you are upset, you may get what you are asking for and be worse off. Or you may become animal. When the Seal of Prophets (saws) was sad, he was sad for the sake of others who were not listening. He was not sad for his ego. Be happy for whatever comes to you, because it comes from ALLAH swt.
