My sweet father passed away five years ago. He and my mom would have been married 63 years tomorrow, February 13, 2023. I have felt his sweet spirit with me for the past few weeks. This meditation is dedicated to all couples, whether they are with you here on earth or in spirit, may this meditation bless you and give you a guidance and prayer of protection to cast out any fears.
The actual meditation was recorded for my friend, Jordan and her partner, Nate. They had become concerned about unsettling events and coincidences of worrying feelings. They reached out, asking if certain perceived 'spooky' events could mean that something bad was going to happen? I believe that the Holy Spirit is our guide and communicates to us in so many ways. Could it be a warning or could it be your fears getting the best of you? That's where discernment comes in. It develops and becomes stronger when you learn the language that God has uniquely made for you! Meditation helps you develop a deeper spiritual walk and communication. Plus, all the health benefits that have been proven by science that meditation is as good as taking an anti anxiety pill!
After Jordan and Nate experienced the meditation and prayer, they felt a peace and lifting that were unexplainable - unspeakable joy. Get a partner or sit by yourself (you are not alone!) and enjoy peace by releasing the anxiety that binds you. Open yourself up to more love during this Valentine's Day season.
