In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Jenn realized that what she was doing for her own business could help others in the hospitality industry succeed. She found her calling, coming full circle to her latest work, empowering fellow hospitality short-term rental property managers and owners to achieve more direct bookings through mindful marketing.
