Alcohol, drugs, foods, sex why do we crave what we crave? Could we be searching for that place of connection to our inner connection to our oneness? How can we find tools to help us to find that inner place of peace, joy and well-being?

We are searching for a way to connect with others or with your inner well-being. Is your craving a net that traps you or a net that frees you? What is it that you feel you can find in the substance, that you could find through tools and techniques and mindfulness that can help us to change our lives.
We are the source/God/well-being, but how can we find that natural place that is always with us without substance?
