CDC director, Dr. Robert Redfield, joins us and says he's optimistic the country can get a handle on the virus but still says people need to be cautious.  Steroids can help save the lives of those who are seriously ill.  States and public health departments are being told to prepare for mass distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine by November 1st.
