I want to challenge you to take the entire month off of obsessing over your analytics and stats - that you do not look at, review, study and view your stats - at all! Nothing, for the month of January.
Having the right audience is more important than just having a large audience. Instead of chaising your stats, I want you to chase your listener.
We need a mental break from the hamster wheel of racing to grow our numbers - I want you to enjoy January and refocus your podcast for 2024.
