With a passion for brand building from a young age, Dominique Gagnon brings over 15 years of experience in the consumer goods and beauty industry to her role as President and General Manager of Consumer Brands at Debut. Gagnon's career began in her family business, launching European prestige skincare brands in the US market. After completing her education at Harvard Business School, she worked with Fortune 100 companies like Nestle and Unilever as well as VC-backed startups before joining Debut, a first-of-its-kind, vertically integrated brand incubator that offers biotechnology-driven, climate-positive solutions, backed by BOLD, L’Oreal’s venture capital fund. At Debut, Gagnon has led the conception and launch of DEINDE, a skincare solution that harnesses biotech-derived ingredients to target 'inflammaging,' an emerging dermatological concern linked to aging which launched DTC in January.
