OUTLINE
Two requirements of life together:
1. Life Together Requires Love. (John 13:34-35, “Love one another.”)
- God loves God - the trinity teaches us that life together requires love. (I John 4:8)
- God loves us - we learn to love from God’s love. (John 15:13)
- We love one another - our love for others is a response to God. (Matthew 22:36-40)
2. Life Together Requires Presence. (Romans 12:10, “Be devoted to one another in love.”)
- We don’t love at a distance.
- We don’t love in the abstract.
- We love real people, in real places, in real time.

- Celebrate the love that God has for you.
- Reflect on the question: Who is God calling me to love more deeply?
- Pray about connecting with others in a small group.
