- Just jump! Take action.
- Believe in yourself. Speak words that to yourself that you would say to your best friend.
- Pose confidently. Ignore what others think; ground yourself in your own confidence.
- Celebrate your successes. Look back at “your pile” of accomplishments and feel confidence seeing how much you’ve already done.
- Practice and prepare. You will find deeper confidence when you feel prepared for what is front of you.
- Find a role model. Remember that if that person can do it, then I can do it.
- Own it. Step into your power, despite what anyone else thinks.
