She then found a new career in fitness leadership educating people in various forms of exercise from water fitness classes to yoga. Now she is pivoting back into tech and viewing it through the lens of physical and mental health.

You have no clue how to do it? But there was a part of me that said, I'm just going to take it and do it anyways."
