Before starting with the new episode of our Podcast, I wanted to tell you that next 16th of May we will start a new edition of our course: First Steps to Learn Spanish. It's an intensive course of 2 weeks for all of those who want to start to learn Spanish. If you listen to this Podcast regularly, your level of Spanish is probably not beginner. I think that Spring affects the Spanish in our state of mind. It's like the weather, one day it's a wonderful sunny day and the next it's raining. Do you know what I do during these days? Sport. It helps me relax and sleep better... I'm not really an exercise enthusiast, but I have to admit it's good for me. 


I realize that I exercise because I want to control my mood, because it affects me in everything: when I'm working, when I'm with my children and... when I want to learn something.

That's why today in the Podcast I want to talk about the relationship between exercise and learning. You are probably aware of that relationship, or maybe you think it is an unnatural relationship. In any case, listen to the Podcast and then give us your opinion!
